Is the homepage design really free?+
Yes. I design it before you pay anything. If you do not like it, you owe nothing.
Are the projects on your site real clients?+
Some are, and each is labelled. Client work is for real businesses, Products are software I built, and Concepts are self-initiated designs. I will never pass off a concept as a client.
I'm outside India. How do I pay you?+
Bank transfer, card, or a payment link, in USD or your local currency where supported. You get a proper invoice for every payment, and an invoice for export of services from India. Any transfer fees are stated upfront before you pay.
Is BrassNorth a registered company?+
No. BrassNorth is my independent studio, and I work as a freelancer. You get a proper invoice for every payment, a written agreement for every project, and everything you pay for is in your name.
Why 50% upfront?+
It covers building the full project after you have seen and approved the design. The other 50% is paid only when it is live and you are happy.
Do I own the website or app?+
Completely, after final payment. Your domain, hosting and logins are in your name from day one.
Will you guarantee number one on Google?+
Nobody can honestly guarantee that. I will set your site up correctly and give it the best chance to show up for the right searches.
How long does it take?+
Starter sites usually take about one to two weeks after design approval. Business sites take a few weeks. Apps and software have a written timeline after a call.
Can the website be in Telugu, Hindi or Urdu?+
Yes, a second language can be added when the project needs it and the content is ready.
