Security, in plain language
Responsible with your site and your data.
Nobody can honestly call a website impossible to break into, and I won't pretend otherwise. Here's exactly what I do, and what I'm responsible for.
For a standard business website
Nothing for attackers to break into.
Most small business sites run on outdated WordPress with a dozen plugins. The sites I build have no admin login panel, no plugins, and no database, so there is nothing sitting there waiting to be attacked.
HTTPS on every page.
Your site gets a valid security certificate that renews automatically, so visitors see the padlock and never a not secure warning.
No customer data stored unless you asked for it.
Enquiries go straight to your WhatsApp or email. I don't quietly collect or keep your customers' details.

Card details never touch your website.
If you take payments, they go through a licensed gateway like Razorpay or Stripe. Card numbers never pass through or get stored on your site.
No passwords or keys left in the code.
Basic practice, and one many cheap builds fail.
Spam and abuse protection on every form.
So your inbox doesn't fill with junk enquiries.
Every login handed over with 2FA set up.
Two-step login on your domain, hosting, and email accounts, explained to you in plain language.
On the Care plan: security updates, certificate renewals, and backups checked every month, with a short message telling you it's done.
For apps, ordering systems, and logins

Chat or voice. It works from your services, prices, timings and policies, not the open internet, so it does not invent things about your business. Anything outside what it knows gets handed to you.
