Concept project. A fictional made-to-measure ethnic wear boutique, designed to show how I would approach the business type. It is not client work.

What it is

A concept for a made-to-measure ethnic wear boutique, built around WhatsApp and honest pricing.

The problem

A tailoring business cannot publish one price, because fabric and hand work vary. So most boutique sites publish nothing, and every enquiry starts from zero.

What I built

  • Collection grid with category filters and a page per garment
  • A separate tailoring price list showing stitching charges on their own
  • A made-to-measure flow with a five-measurement self-measuring guide
  • WhatsApp deep links with the message pre-written
  • Wedding order section stating lead times and the seasonal constraint
  • FAQ, hours and location

Design and engineering decisions

  • Stitching charges are published separately from fabric, so a customer knows the floor before visiting. A single combined price would be guesswork.
  • The self-measurement guide names the two measurements that usually go wrong, because remote customers send shoulder measurements taken over loose clothing.
  • Every call to action is WhatsApp with the message already written, since that is where this customer already is.
  • Alt text describes fabric and colour, which helps accessibility and search at the same time.

What happens next

You never have to guess the next step.

Send a short note. I will ask the useful questions, share a direction and make the decision easy.

01

Tell me what is stuck

Share your business, your audience and the action you want more people to take.

02

See the direction first

Your homepage concept comes before payment, so the fit is clear before the build.

03

Launch with ownership

I build in checkpoints, then hand over the domain, code and logins in your name.
